   Hi, I was wondering if you still ran a group for social anxiety sufferers? I moved here with my wife about 6 years ago and am now a stay at home parent. As such i often feel quite isolated and am looking for friendship and support in this area. Any help you can give will be much appreciated. Thanks, Alistair

   Hi could you help me get a contact for mental health the army in edinburgh have been given a phone number but no one will answer it
   my brother is having a lot of problems and is in need of help was in the army, but not now has mental health issues that are getting out of control his family can,t seem to help him having tryed lots of things has bad anger and drink problems also hording to very bad extent soon be no room in his flat help

   Recently diagnosed BP 2 – Struggling with prescribed medication on first day.

   Have had problems for decades and just had the nerve to go to appointment at Glenbourne.

   Am now almost 60 and rather than give up need more purpose
