Location: Home based with travel to training venues across Devon.
Are you an experienced mental health trainer, passionate about improving mental wellbeing? We seek a motivated individual to deliver a wide variety of mental health training to workplaces across Devon.
Devon Mind and Step One Charity are working in partnership on the Thriving Workplace Project to develop a range of training opportunities for people in order to improve people’s awareness of better mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and in their communities.
We are at a key point in the development of our joint training programme and we are continuing to build on our current workplace wellbeing initiatives. We are working in partnership to broaden our delivery and reach more communities across Devon and we now seek experienced trainers to add capacity to our team.
Working with colleagues in the Training Team, and under the direction of the Project Manager, you will organise, plan and deliver mental health and wellbeing training to diverse workplaces, varying in size and in a range of settings. You will be a qualified Mental Health First Aid trainer. Alongside your training skills, you will have experience of monitoring and evaluating training delivery with the ability to provide constructive feedback to the Project Manager, as well as gathering evidence to feed into impact measurement and reporting.
