Apex Arts , working in collaboration with Plymouth & District Mind, are delivering a free singing/songwriting, creative arts and performance project in Plymouth for people with autism/learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
Sessions will be held fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons and there are spaces for up to 15 people who have a genuine interest in singing, songwriting, playing music, designing t-shirts, promoting and taking part in performances and who would also like to be part of a creative group. No previous experience is necessary.
